Monkey Bread

Sharon made this yummy bread for breakfast at Bodega Bay. I'm sure there are a million Monkey Bread (or is it Monkey Brain?) recipes out there but this was really easy and REALLY good.

 

Preheat oven to 350°. Place 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon in plastic bag Cut biscuits into quarters, add to bag and shake to coat.

Place biscuits in a sprayed 12" bundt pan. Melt 2 cups sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon, pour over biscuits. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
