Chop/shred first three items. Whisk all the rest of the items (before the lime curdles the milk) together and mix into cabbage mixture. Eat right away because you didn't see that you were supposed to let it sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge. It was quite tasty, actually, and went well with grilled scallops and sourdough French bread.
