Har Bowl

February 4, 2013

To put it mildly, yesterday's loss was heartbreaking. I knew they were going to lose at kick-off. Yes, me and my stupidstitions. You see, the camera angle was so that I did not actually see the foot touch the ball. Stupid camera people. So I did have a feeling of doom from the beginning. I was so hoping that I was wrong, but it was not to be. I still love you, Niners! You'll always be my number one! You made this season exciting and I can't wait for next season!

I was so engrossed in the game, I didn't really take any pictures. I did get this. Yes, those are actual pig skins!

Niners Fare

I was also so engrossed in the game, some little sneak got a hold of my phone for a while. (Click on image.)

Nat's Niner Face

Hello There, Gorgeous!

February 1, 2013

The title of this post has nothing to do with the price of rice in China. It just sounded like something nice to say.

Anyway, welcome to February! Yesterday was my Baby # 3's 17th birthday. The poor thing stayed home from school with a bad cold. Then, while Nat was at dance and I was teaching Zumba and My Little Honey Bunch was on the East Coast, he sat by himself with a cold pizza to eat. When Nat and I got home, he was too sick to eat birthday cake. He isn't the call attention to himself, have a party kind of guy and even said he really didn't want anything for his birthday, but I still felt bad. Next time I'll check the dates and get a sub at least!

I sure hope his friends gave him love on Facebook and texting, etc. I wouldn't know, though, because I'm blocked. LOL. Not really LOL. Some day, they'll allow me back into their lives. Some day.

At least my Baby # 2 was over and they got to have breakfast sandwiches, that I made them, together.

Nic's Birthday

OK, so maybe there is some gorgeous to this post after all. You know I have this love/hate relationship with my hair. So I was noticing how lovely it looks when I wash it and it's wet and I've just added my hair product (Potion 9) to it. It looks great and so long! I wish it would stay like that all the time! (Pay no attention to the gray at the temples. It is a figment of your imagination, as is the back fat. Gonna go do 1,000 push-ups.)

Rosy's Hair

Then life, Zumba, sweat, frizz and shrinkage happens.

Rosy's Hair

Well, it's not so bad. Kind of a cool Afro vibe going on there, eh? And it is great Zumba hair. See what I mean? Love/hate.

Let me leave you with this. We are so excited to see our 49ers back in the Super Bowl after 18 years! I personally have gone all out! Kaepernicking it up!

Good luck to our Niners! And may I also add that Alex Smith has been a total and complete CLASS ACT!

This is my nieces blog. She's cute: http://temptationofliving.tumblr.com/rosystraka.com needs a facelift and makeover. I'll be working on that, too.
