January 2020

So January. My Little Honey Bunch and I made it (barely) to midnight. After I snapped this first photo of 2020, we were off to night, night. I don't do resolutions but I do want to go forward, in life in general, with a positive outlook. I get to vote for the first time this year and I'm looking forward to helping make this a better place and planet for all living beings. Here's to 2020!

Marisa and I team taught my New Year's Day class and Yani also showed up and did a few songs! So nice to have fellow instructors join your classes.

We (Nat, Laila and I) headed to Berkeley again for more tatts. Not me. Yet.

The roses on Nat aren't done but it was like 1:00 am so we'll be back.

Natalie finished her classes and is an official graduate (walked last May) so we threw her a little Graduation Party. Motsy and Lina came as did Boobie and our lovely family and friends. Some of the kids have known each other since pre-school (Sarah) and Kindergarten (Laila, Christina W, Lauren). It was great to see everyone.

Boobie found a new best friend, Tucker. She's the dog whisperer, plus, always carries treats.

Happy Birthday to my Little Honey Bunch who is now caught up with me. 61.

Happy Birthday, Mike Straka!

Somehow I ended up with a bottle of Ed Moresi's Limoncello. Anyway, it's tasty!

Of course, we closed the month with Nic's birthday. These pics were from his first birthday, 23 years ago. My little redheaded sister, Julie, and her younger boys, Robert and William came. This was our Oakland house. I can't believe I won't see her again in this lifetime. Rest In Peace, Sister. One life ends and another goes on. Happy Birthday, Nic!

My name is Rosy, Chacha, Meez, Mama, Mother...take your pick. I am the sort of stay at home mother of 4. Sort of because of my Zumba and my Rodan and Fields jobs.

This is my personal blog intended for my family and friends and for anyone out there who enjoys a good laugh, likes to try out new recipes, likes kittens and loves Zumba. Welcome!

This is my nieces blog. She's cute: needs a facelift and makeover. I'll be working on that, too.
